  1. Before bidding please ensure you read all our Sales Conditions including our Returns/Refunds/Exchange Policy, Warranty Policy, and Non-Paying Policy.
    Placing a bid on an item enters you into a legal contract. Do not bid if you do not intend to buy the item.
  2. All our item prices include GST.
  3. All auctions are final and must be paid within 5 working days of the auction ending. You will need to notify us if you cannot pay within this period. Failure to do so will result in an unpaid strike against your account.
  4. Manufacturer Warranty or Xcelicom Warranty (For imported stock) is provided on all items - Please refer to our warranty pages for detailed information.
  5. Any information that can be found in listing we will not respond to, for more information please refer to our "CONTACT US" icon.
  6. All care is taken in item listings however any misprints, omissions or mistakes are unintentional.
  7. A cancellation fee of 5.5% of the total sale is applicable for any cancellations (including wrong bidding / change of mind / family or friend bidding without consent / fraud bidding). This is to cover listing fees (which are non-refundable from eBay) and also to discourage people from dummy bidding.
  8. A receipt/tax invoice will be issued with all purchases, please retain it for any warranty claim or refund request, re-issue fee ($5-$10) may apply if additional copy is required to be sent by mail/email/fax.
  9. Pictures are for illustration purposes only, while best effort been given to use actually pictures of product, we cannot guarantee pictures are 100% matched(i.e logo on case, different package, etc....) to the actual product.
  10. Xcelicom adheres to all trading rules applied by eBay.
Xcelicom's operating hours are Monday to Friday between 10am and 6pm AUS Eastern Standard Time and exclude public holidays. Please keep in mind that enquiries received outside of these hours may not receive replies until the start of operations the following day.


Returns/Refunds/Exchange Policy
  1. All items bought via auction/buy it now are on a non-returnable, non-refundable basis.
  2. Please note that we cannot guarantee compatibility of items, therefore we will not accept returns/refunds based on incompatibility issues. Please check with your provider for their frequency type and compare to the frequency that is provided in listing properly before bidding to avoid disappointment.
  3. Refund is not possible if you change your mind about the goods.
  4. In somes cases return will be accepted, however returned prodcut has to be in original condition as dipatched and restocking fee of 20% of item value will be charged and postage will not be refunded.
  5. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  6. No returns/exchange are offered after 14 days of payment received.
  7. Receipt for the returned item must be produced as proof of purchase for refund or exchange.
    • Only products in original sellable condition can be exchanged. Return postage will be paid by customer.
    • For refund items eBay charges which make up 5.5% of the total sale will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • For refund or exchanged items all additional postage costs will be paid for by Buyer.
  8. Additional postage costs for exchanged or returned items do not include Insurance. If you would like the exchanged item to be insured please email us before we send the item.
  9. A $2.50 administration fee will be applied on all refunds.
  10. Xcelicom reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchange of any items.


Warranty Policy
  1. All brand new products (limited to main unit, not including accessories) found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 14 days from the date of dispatch will be replaced in most cases. Please note DOA replacement is at the manufacturer's discretion.
  2. DOA Items must be returned back to us within 7 days. Please contact us for an RA (Return Authorisation) Form. This RA form must be included in the parcel when returned to us. Any items which are returned to us without an RA form may result in a delay in processing the warranty claim.
  3. Faulty items under warranty but outside of DOA period will be sent back to manufacturer's authorised repair centre for repair, and normal turnaround time for a repair job is 7-21 working days. Please note although it is the manufacturer's responsibility to repair a genuinely faulty product under warranty it is still at the manufacturer's discretion.
    We suggest customers to return the faulty product to the authorised repair centre directly for any warranty claim, if possible, as this can shorten alot of transits time for sending the product to us and then forward to the repair centre. Completed job will be returned by the repair centre to customer directly.
  4. For warranty returns all additional postage costs will be paid for by the Buyer.
  5. Water and physical damaged (i.e Broken display, cracked screen, using under rain, dropped into water or washing machine, etc..) are not covered by warranty, if returned item is found to be in working order, has been water or physical damaged, an administration fee of $35 as well as re-sending postage will be charged, before item will be sent back.
  6. Only if we are unable to replace an item or the manufacturer has approved the item is faulty by written notification, a refund will be issued. All refunds will be issued after receipt of a confirmation letter from the manufacturer.
  7. For assistance with warranty, returns or to obtain an RA number please email ebay@xcelicom.com.
  8. Refunds WILL NOT be issued for any other reason in relation to warranty issues - NO EXCEPTIONS.


Warranty Policy for imported stock
  1. In general stock being parallel imported from overseas are not covered by manufacturer warranty in Australia. However Xcelicom will provide 3 months warranty (does not cover water, physical damage or misused) to our buyer on the imported stock.
  2. If product becomes faulty within 3 months from invoice date, buyer will have to return the product to us and we will repair it at our own cost, replacement or refund will only be provided if product is not repairable.
  3. Repair process time is upto 25 working days (exclude transit/posting time), buyer is liable for returning cost to us and we will return the finished job to buyer on our cost.
  4. In some cases parallel imported stock does come with Australian manufacturer warranty, if product becomes faulty within the warranty period buyer can contact the official repair centre directly.
  5. Non-Paying Policy
  • Your bid is a binding contract, DO NOT bid if you do not intend to pay.
  • Non Paying Bidders will be dealt with in the following way:
    1. A payment reminder will be sent after 5 working days.
    2. If no reply to the payment reminder is received, your account will receive an Unpaid Strike.
    3. You account will be blocked for 1 month from Xcelicom auctions.
  • If you want to cancel/retract a bid please go to the eBay Services page and click on the section 'Retract your bid'.
  • Please note Xcelicom will not retract your bid for you.
