  3. Unfortunately pick up is not available - NO EXCEPTIONS.
  4. Items are shipped via Australia Post within 2 working days after full payment is received unless outside of business hours.
  5. We ship 99% of our items through Aust Post’s eParcel service, and this is the service which will be used if you see the 'Other' listed under the postage options. A small number of our items are sent through regular post due to their small size or cost, and you’ll see these marked as 'Regular' in the postage section.
  6. E-parcel is a premium service offered by Australia Post which is tracked and requires a signature from the receiver.
  7. Please allow up to 7 working days for items to be delivered (from the day the item is despatched). In most cases, it will be much quicker.
  8. You can check your parcel status on Australia Post's eParcel website by email us for a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the parcels to be scanned into eParcel tracking system. Should you have any issues with items in transit, we encourage you to call Australia Post on 13 13 18.
  9. Ensure the postal address for your eBay and paypal account is correct and up-to-date.
  10. Any charges incurred by parcels that cannot be posted due to Buyer providing incorrect address will be covered by the Buyer. These charges must be payed before item can be resent.
  11. Australia Post charges us a Return To Sender Fee for returned parcels, this fee as well as the cost to resend will have to be paid by Buyer before item can be resent.
  12. Once your parcel has been signed for by someone at the delivery location (receptionist, member of family, etc), Xcelicom will not accept any responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items in transit. Please check the item is in good condition and that it is actually in the package before signing.
  13. Xcelicom is not responsible for any missing parcel/s in transit unless delivery insurance has been paid.
  14. Australia Post provides a reliable service, however should your item go missing in transit, Xcelicom will advise Australia Post. Please be aware that missing items may take up to 4 weeks to be found. If delivery insurance was paid for insurance claims may also take up to 3 weeks to process. Xcelicom will resend any lost items only once insurance claims have been cleared.
  15. If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will endeavour to resolve any issues.

Save $$$ on Shipping

  1. Pay for all your items at the same time and save on shipping for each additional item!
  2. Wait for all your auctions to end before making payment.
  3. If your auctions end more than 5 days apart, notify us by email that you will be paying later.
  4. After all auctions have ended please email us and we'll combine the postage for you. Please don't combine the postage by yourself.
